Craft Culture Experience
The Seoul Museum of Craft Art, opened in 2021 on the site of Andong Detached Palace, a Joseon Dynasty royal building, is Korea first museum dedicated to crafts. It houses an extensive collection from traditional crafts like ceramics, metalwork, wooden furniture, and textiles to contemporary crafts. It operates a childrens museum and various craft experience workshops, serving as a cultural space where visitors can directly experience the beauty and craftsmanship of Korean traditional crafts.
