Led by royal cuisine expert Cho Eun-hee and Chef Park Sung-bae, the restaurant reinterprets traditional Korean flavors through modern techniques, seasonal ingredients, and years of research. The menu changes monthly according to the season, with the freshest local ingredients prepared in a healthy and elegant manner. It has consistently received Michelin stars since 2019 and was also selected for Asia's Best 50 Restaurants.
