Severance Hospital, established in 1885 as Korea's first Western-style hospital, is part of Yonsei University Health System. With 140 years of history, it has achieved JCI accreditation four consecutive times. Its Cancer Center, Cardiovascular Hospital, and Eye Hospital are Korea's finest, with the Robotic Surgery Center recording Asia's highest number of da Vinci surgeries.
