Soul is a contemporary Korean restaurant run by husband-and-wife chefs Kim Hee-eun and Yoon Dae-hyun. Located in Haebangchon, it proposes new gastronomy between Korean and Western cuisine. They present creative dishes like jeungpyeon instead of bread, bossam with foie gras ssamjang, and gnocchi reinterpreted as gamjajeon style. Earning 1 Michelin star in 2023, their skills have been recognized.
