Goryori Ken is a Japanese contemporary restaurant run by Chef Kim Gun. "Goryori (小料理)" means small dishes, and the restaurant presents a creative 9-course menu using only seasonal fish, seafood, and vegetables without meat or poultry. About 10 guests can watch the chef's cooking process up close at the open kitchen bar table. It has developed a unique style combining Japanese base with Western sauces and ideas.
