Légume is Korea's first vegan restaurant to receive a Michelin star. Chef Sung Si-woo, formerly of 2-Michelin-starred Soigné, presents creative dishes made with 100% plant-based ingredients. Influenced by his vegetarian mother, the chef has been interested in vegan culture since childhood and was inspired by Chef Alain Passard of 3-Michelin-starred Arpège in France. He has opened new horizons for vegan fine dining in Korea, earning a Michelin star just 1 year and 10 months after opening.
