It presents modern cuisine utilizing a philosophy of respect for nature, research on Korean ingredients based on seasons and solar terms, and Korean cooking techniques. Immediately after opening in 2021, it earned 1 Michelin star and is considered one of the most difficult restaurants to reserve in Seoul. The chef has created Solbam's unique cuisine by combining diverse experience and know-how with Korean elements.
